VENDOR/EXHIBITOR WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I unconditionally waive and release and hold harmless, Jam On it, all directors, officers, employees and volunteers directly or indirectly liabl3, from all claims of legal or financial ability of any kind, including but not limited to, personal and economic injury, loss,costs or damage arising out of or in conjunction with Jam On It All Under One Roof events you participated in, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.

Jam On It is not responsible for damages to vendor products, items or booths and will NOT provide overnight security.  Additional security will require an additional fee.  Vendors are responsible for removing all of their boxes, their trash, and leaving their booth area clean.  Failutre to leave area clean will result in a $175.00 clreaning fee and vendor may not be allowed to participate in any further or future Jam Onn It All Under One Roof events.
