Jam On It hosts events in Reno, Honolulu, Salt Lake City and Las Vegas with plans to expand to additional locations.

4. Do players need a membership to participate in Jam On It tournaments?
No, Jam On It events do not require a membership, making it easier for teams and players to participate.

5. What is Jam On It’s Sportsmanship Policy?
Jam On It enforces a strict Sportsmanship Policy that prohibits fighting, bullying, aggressive behavior, verbal assault, and discrimination. All participants, including players, coaches, officials, and spectators, must maintain respectful behavior. Any violations may lead to removal from the event.

6. What happens if a participant violates the Sportsmanship Policy?
Violations, such as aggressive or disruptive behavior, result in serious consequences, including removal of the participant or team and child from the event.

7. Can spectators be removed for poor behavior?
Yes, spectators who display disruptive or disrespectful behavior, such as aggressive language or arguing with officials, may be removed.

8. Who can file a protest or request staff support at the court?
Only head coaches are allowed to file protests or request support from event staff. Spectators cannot make these requests directly.

9. Are coaches required to wear anything specific during the tournament?
Yes, head coaches must wear their assigned wristbands to access the court area. Coaches without wristbands are not permitted on the court.

10. Where should players be if they are not actively playing?
Players who are not actively participating in a game should sit in the spectator section to maintain clear and organized court access.

11. Can I apply as a vendor for Jam On It events?
Yes, vendors can apply through our website. Approved vendors will be notified by March 15th, and pricing details vary by venue.

21. Do coaches and players need special identification for the event?
Yes, head coaches must wear wristbands to access the court. Players not actively participating must remain in the spectator area and present their uniform top upon request by security for entry.

22. What items are vendors responsible for bringing?
Vendors are responsible for setup, sales equipment, and cleanup. Tables are available for rent at $30 each, and additional costs may apply for internet and electricity.

23. Is Jam On It responsible for lost or stolen items?
No, each vendor and attendee is responsible for securing their belongings. Jam On It cannot be held liable for any losses or damages.

25. Can attendees ship items to the venue in advance?
Advance shipments are the attendee’s responsibility. Jam On It cannot sign for or be responsible for any deliveries.

Yes, all Jam On It events have certified, licensed medical practitioners on-site. Look for the Red First Aid feather flags to find the nearest medical provider.

 

27. Can patrons bring alcoholic beverages into the halls where the games are being played?
In Las Vegas and most venues, patrons are prohibited from bringing outside alcoholic beverages, even if concealed. Policies vary by venue, so please check before attending.

28. Can weapons be brought into the arenas if they are registered?
No, bringing of weapons into sports arenas is prohibited, regardless of registration status, to maintain a safe environment for all attendees.

29. Can parents request a change in the official during the game?
No, coaches or parents cannot request a change in the official during a game. Officials are assigned by Jam On It, and decisions are final to ensure fairness and consistency.

31. Smoking Policy
All smoking/vaping is banned inside and outside event areas. If no designated smoking zones are clearly marked outside. No smoking of any product is allowed in the venues.  Non-compliance may lead to removal.
