Since the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic, our industry has faced an unprecedented crisis. Jam On It is taking active measures to protect our guest from this harmful virus. We are closely monitoring government mandates, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, and public health advancements and will continue to make necessary changes to our protocols and procedures. These new safety guidelines directly affect the registration process. Please review changes below.

- Manditory completion of online roster registration. All teams registering for an event MUST complete their online roster prior to being accepted into the tournament. Once you register your team, you MUST complete your roster before you will be added to teams in the tournament. Coaches and players AAU numbers will be verified and age of players will also be verified during this process. To complete team ROSTER CLICK HERE
ROSTER INSTRUCTIONS - CLICK HERE - Must bring 5 PRINTED copies of scoresheets to event. Each time must print out 5 copies of scoresheets to be used as scoresheets for each game BEFORE coming to the event. A scoresheet should be given to scorekeeper table at prior to each of games. There may not be room for any computers and printing like we used to do in registration.
- Paperless verification process. Each team is required to have all birth certificate and proof of age, AAU numbers, etc in a binder with them at all times. These binders will need to be produced upon request and when any protest is filed.
- Coaches & Team AGREEMENT. CLICK HERE to read the coaches agreement and complete electronically for this event. Each team MUST have this on file to be entered into the tournament. (Once you have clicked submit, you will be returned back to this page.)
- Tournament INFORMATION Packet: Each coach should download and print this tournament information which contains, parking information, tournament rules, admissions, practices, etc. and share with team parents. Every coach is responsible to understand information in the tournament packet such as AAU eligibility, roster information, need for AAU cards, etc. CLICK HERE TO PRINT
